Check the Canon 70D/77D and Sony A6300 or alpha 7.

From what I heard the Sony a6300 is a badass camera but they have an overheating problem when you film in 4k. Maybe this could be your choice though. Awesome quality and if you are doing just short clips, the overheating shouldnt be an issue.

Oh shit sorry. Thought they are cheaper. Well, I bought a used a7sii and a used fs700 because a new one wasn't affordable for me. Using the 700 now for over 3 years. Maybe you should think about used stuff. Just don't buy from a motocross guy lol otherwise those cameras these days are hard to destro...

I would check out the Panasonic GH4 or Sony a6500 for example with a solid lens on it.
