Try to dab as you enter the corner, if you don't do that already. It helps a lot.

Just slow down into them a bit, hit medium high and then when you are about 80% around the corner, Pin it!

i use separate buttons...left trigger on my controller is the front brake (so i can modulate it) and rear brake is on A (so i can slide!) although i do use the rear brake at different times for different purposes. you can hold it to slide the rear, or you can tap it to kind of modulate it, and it can help settle the bike down in certain situations, like going into corners. you can tap really fast, or really slow, depending on how much brake lock you want, and how much slide. also, leaning back while braking can help keep the bike stable as well.

as for brake setup...i run 400 front, 200 rear, front antilock, rear normal. stop wheelies and stop nose wheelies are off. the only reason i use antilock on the front brake is because i suck with it off. theres no feedback so its too easy for me to lose the front braking into turns. just takes practice though. if you cant stop then start slowing down earlier, and dont try to triple into corners...double single. sometimes you can time the jump just right to where you barely clip the lip on landing and it helps you slow down. just keep at it, youll get it.
