I know how to select more decals, But what are the "hotkeys" for scaling?

It was added in 2013-05-03 snapshot:

Press 'm' to add a single decal to the selection or 'M' to select all decals within the current brush radius. They will move and rotate with the decal you originally selected. Use '{' and '}' to scale the decals relative positions.

It doesn't let me install the update wherever I want it too, I deleted a bunch of old stuff in my comp and uninstalled a few programs to see if that would help but it's not. Any ideas?

All it's looking for is "zzzz.saf". If that file isn't in the folder you choose there's no point in installing the update there.

I cant download 1.9 i just bought a new pc and cant download it. I download it then open the program, hit next then where it says choose install location...... I cant hit next please help!!!

This is an update meaning it adds onto the existing folders which you don't have. What you need is the installer, PM or email JLV for the link to the installer.
