Changes:
  • Fixed bug where reversing removed some dab limits.
  • Using "Set from terrain" in the editor should make less points now.
  • Rising rate rear suspension.
  • Client version is now 23.

Linux users: http://mxsimulator.com/snapshots/mxbin-2015-07-16-1276

Replace mx.exe or mxbin with one of the above files. The default location for mx.exe should be "C:\Program Files (x86)\MX Simulator". I'd keep a backup of the originals since these aren't well tested.

Thanks JLV for adding the rising rate rear suspension. I will try it out tonight when I get home. Now we just need High/Low speed compression adjustment. :)

anyone got any more clairifaction about what the shock change does.... like, will we be able to run a softer shock then before, because the bottom resisitance will be better? Or we need to run a stiffer shock now because the top portion of the shock is plusher now?

i have only tested it for maybe 5 min so far, and it looks like the shock now rides lower in the stroke then it used to..

It's softer everywhere except the last 1/4 of the travel, so I expect you'd have to run it a bit stiffer to make up for that. Also, the shock preload has a much larger range now. The bike actually sags correctly now so it needed it. You'll definitely have to completely redo your suspension setup.

I notice my back end slides out a lot more now. Maybe there I'm just crazy.
