mxs step up contest
ohkay after watching the world mx championships for like the 17th time
it gave me an idea lets do a step up contest on mxs
you may use any track you like i prefer rabbit hill : ) lol of course and editor
you are allowed to do your step up from anywhere you like
but
rules are:
your strength must always be set to 8.00
you must have a screen shot ready to backup your said result
you may use whatever gearing and suspension you like
your jump has to be a quarter or less as tall as the step up
and you must land it no jumping say 14 clicks high only to fall on your head
format like this
how many mouse clicks you did to make the height
how many times you tried to make it
and what gear you hit it
then a screen
so
just a test for mine
clicks: 9
tried:4
gear:4th
screen:

Re: mxs step up contest
I have actually been making a recreation of the NAVY moto-x world championships. I am planning on releasing it hopefully by Sunday. I have been working on it for a while now trying some things to see what makes it the best. But I have the step-up in there and I think it would be fun to do a traditional step-up competition with a 15 foot wall and 25 foot run in but that is just me.

Re: mxs step up contest
ill make one, though im currently making at track i need a brake to do something easyer
ill probably have the jump like 20 ft away from start, the lip 15ft high and ill use the finishline to work as the obgect that you jump over, unless someone want to make an adjustible pole, that would be cool, and if some one could tell me what im doing wrong when i import objects

Here's the map.
Rules:
Front tire on the line.
Start at 1.
You can hit it, as long as you land in a reasonable manner.
Don't lie.

Re: mxs step up contest
Alright I know this thread was dead and someone will prob. yell at me for bringing it back up top, but I was bored and trying to see if I could play MXS with one arm, so I decided to give the StepUps a go. Here's screenshots (all from Voutare's [thanks man!] Rutland Supercross track Step Up map- no jump mods):
StepUp #3:
Step Up #5 Angle 1:
Angle 2:
Step Up #6 (I started about 3 feet behind the line- enough to get me into upper 2nd gear from standstill):
I landed all these screenshots..took me about a half hour to get through them all lol.
