Don't change your setup just to do whips, you shouldn't have to unless you play on like 90 stab. Use the one setup and get used to it, i change two bars between super cross and Mx (front suspension). If you leave your setup and get used to it you will eventually get faster! Just a little advice for every one that still struggles :/

cheers every 1 ive kinda used some of ur ideas in my setup just tweaked it a bit to soften comp and rebound on forks so i can turn a lil better, that was some good advice there stocksy thanks, at the start i was constantly changing settings thinking it cant be me its the bike lol and was getting nowhere, started to improve heaps since ive left it alone and just made tiny changes for diff tracks :D

hey guys the set up i run at the moment is really comfortable with jumping and turning. but while in the air and on the face of jumps (scrubs) my bike is stubborn as. i already run fairly low stab so its not that. is there anything i can tweak while still having a good and comfortable turning set up as well

Make the steering damping less, the roll limit angle less, the roll damping less... Then you will whip fast haha

Hey Guys.

I'm running the YZ250F, I'm pretty happy with my setup besides the rear suspension. It seems the rear likes to kick around alot over the bumps. what could i tweek to tame it down a bit?

My rear suspension setup that i have now.

shock compression damping- 30
shock rebound damping- 50
shock spring rate- 20
shock preload- 15
