i need some help with online racing

mmk i bought game and entered my key in it said its valid and all that then when i go to play online it says key is invalid and when i go to enter key to see if it was wrong it dosent tell me if its wrong or right did i mess up the game?

It sounds like you didn't enter the entire key. Make sure you aren't missing a character.
