The simplest idea for this could be is to take the roost particle/images and randomly code them to fill your screen if you ride behind someone (closer you are more dense it happens) Then you have to hit a new button or combine two buttons (so it actually kinda makes you do something instead of just slap a button)

So after the fall-offs and tear offs, how much farther down the list are 450's and two stroke 250's?

I don't know. I've built up a pretty big list of little things I want to do first.

Alright man, sounds good to me.I was just curious to how close it was.But seeing as you want to fix the minor things first,I'll just have to wait longer. :P

After I get the better crashes working, I'm going to add a bit rate control to the server so full gates will not flood the connection. I might even do that before I finish the crashes. After that, I'm going through this list -

figure out why (null) gets in the decal file
fix file_scanf returning eof when it successfully made some conversions
automatically generate cube map screenshots.
blue flag
increase leveling at low speed
fix non square mipmap downsample bug (looks like lowest level is black)
fix anti wheelie bug (when changed in menu it doesn't set it right)
fix joystick location on linux (/dev/js# -> /dev/input/js#)
in-game demo saving
adjustable antilock threshold

i dont know if you have though of this but what about the riders leg comes out in every corner, cause i dont know if this happens to anyone else no matter how slow i go in a corner the leg doesnt come out it only does when i come to a complete stop
