Decals/Statues not showing up for some tracks

First off, I know I have read the answer to my question on here before but I cannot seem to find it so if you want to just link me there, that'd be great. So my problem is when I download any track that is not one from the official SX series of tracks, or from last year's national tracks, the decals/statues/bilboards/skybox etc do not show up. Now I'm assuming the creator put the needed files in the download so it must be something on my part. For example, I just downloaded Pasturized AX and everything looks like the blank track, I mean the jumps and whatnot are there, but no decals etc. What have I done wrong?

You probably have the track in an extra sub-folder. Instead of

"C:\Program Files\MX Simulator\mytrack\mytrack"

it should be

"C:\Program Files\MX Simulator\mytrack"
