it looks like you have set the brush to the biggest size (2500 i think?) and just place one blob behind the rider?

it's a mixture of a few different layers, all of them have a motion blur on it just some less then others and i tried to vary the size of the brushes to give it some sort of depth as well as trying to keep it sharp and making it look like it wasn't all just the same size.
