An insult can be sometimes fine or not-so-wrong. I mean, a single word is not hard to swallow. The problem is with public humiliation and exposure or when you tell someone to die or to get run-over like I've read sometimes here

A personal photo is just a PERSONAL PHOTO. There's a person there and you shouldn't edit it or try to hurt the one there. In Spain there have been a couple of cases of people that became internet memes and some even killed themselves
