Well if you look at from his view, the championship was going to happen pretty much no matter what. All he had to do was be 18th or better so he was already expecting the championship. He wasn't in the points for the truck, and not only did he get the truck, he took it away from JS7.

People expected him to have more wins and wrap this thing up earlier than he did. Doing something that difficult and it being expected of you can take the fun out of anything. I don't blame him at this point for not having any fun. On 250's he would take hunting breaks and have fun but now I'm sure all he does is laps and train. Even though he doesn't seem like the free ride guy he needs to do something fun or he will run himself into the ground.

Well he said in the press conference that he loves riding motorcycles in general

Plus I've been fallowing him on Instagram for quite a while and he posts some stuff from time to time, like he build RC car and said he needs more practice with it, talking of playing golf with Rattray. And he really seems to be a pretty fun guy, at least in the videos when he's training with AC and K-Roc.
He just doesn't seem to speak too much about his minds/life in the interviews before/after the races and stuff.
