The mod system is the exact same as MotoGP 13. You can go onto some of the MotoGP forums and get the tools from there.

Have not looked much on that forum but was wondering if he can add more skins or just replacing the skins that are in the game like mva used to be

At this point, it seems like we're only able to replace since we are just changing the skins for different teams.

Terrain deformation looks pretty bad but other than that it looks pretty sick.
