Just to let all the AM riders know...

I'm no longer banning/suspending people post race unless I receive a protest. If they're cutting the track, being an idiot that's something I'll do on the spot, but you guys need to protest instead of just bitch. I'm 1 guy running it and there's 120 riders, do the math.

Even when I've got Osari, Mikey, Pinnedtowin, and Betts in TS with me it's a miracle keeping you all racing instead of gooning.

During last weeks round of EMF Supercross, it was apparent that Fuglar was there to cause problems and attempt to make a mockery of the event. As rF are huge supporters of EMF and MXS Central, we have gone on record saying that these things won't be tolerated because it makes rF look bad, and it is really just unfair to EMF. Seems like the typical attitude is, "We don't care, ban us, we don't care about EMF cause we have rF." People also like to talk smack about EMF on our behalf, which isn't the case at all. I fully respect what EMF does, and I think their events are every bit as professional as rF events. With that said it is clear that Fuglar was in NFG mode, and combining that with his past history we have decided a 1 week ban is necessary. In fact we feel that penalty is somewhat lenient after taking all things into account, but then again his penalty was not in our series so we compromised on a 1 week ban. The event organizers of MXS want everyone to have fun, but there is a limit. Fuglar was having a bit too much fun at the expense of others, and we don't need that thing in organized racing. Take that kind of riding to a private server.

*Note Suspended = Can race Open class | Ban = No Racing at all
