I know! I don't know what's stopping them from making it 24/3 (like 24/7 but only the 3 days that it is on)
there isnt enough people racing to make it worth it. imo they need to cut back the number of races they have now. did the 2pm est 450 race yesterday and 4 people signed up.

It was like 9pm on Wednesday and racing was done? I wasn't complaining about the times

Yeah, I moved the last 4 races to the front for the Euros (due to most of those late races being 10 people or less). Then I added 2 at the end (lites and heavies) just for fun.

ALSO...Have had some questions on the format of the racing.
  1. IF LESS THAN 17 PEOPLE CHECK IN FOR THE RACE - there will be only a seeding race (6 laps, for gate choice basically) and a main event (15 laps)
  2. IF 17-30 PEOPLE SHOW UP - there will be 2 heats (6 laps, 6 transfer), lcq (4 laps, 4 transfer), and a main event (15 laps)
  3. IF 31+ PEOPLE SHOW UP - there will be 2 splits (field sorted by rating and split in half). Depending on the number of people (# per server), see #1 or #2 for format
  4. IF 61+ PEOPLE SHOW UP - there will be 3 splits (field sorted by rating and split in thirds). Depending on the number of people (# per server), see #1 or #2 for format

For those of you wondering why we aren't running 24/3. Participation is pretty low at times other than evening PST. Maybe next week we'll give it a shot, but it's a bit silly for it to run when nobody is racing!

Looks like the problem is the 2-joke classes to me.

Less races every night. Say 4 races, one for each class. Spread out an hour apart. Or even just 2 races. 2 hours apart. Seems better. More like a series. Could bump it back up to 40. So people will want to come race it

I don't have much time on the big bikes (250 2 strokes and 450 4 stroke) So I stick to the 125 and 250f races and stay away from the big bikes so not to be just an obstacle on the track.

What if the races were in groups of 4 like they are now but with 2 hour gaps between each round. This in theory would only allow for the same amount of races as now but would cover all time zones and allowing everyone to get a fair go. The only thing that may not be fair is some of the Americans will not be able to sit in there from the start of the races to the end of the races for the three days.
I would think this would be a better way than 24/3 and maybe try this next week instead of every hour for 3 days. I'm not sure wheels just a thought although I do think it could work and work well.

You left 450 completely out of that... If we need to get rid of a class, why don't we get rid of 250 2 stroke. And I like the idea of only 2 races per class a day. Still only 3 days a week though.

Alright, we'll give this a shot and see how it goes. Still experimenting with race classes and times and what not.

Seem the 125/250 classes are significantly less popular than the others, so we're going to give this new class setup a shot.

We're also going to see how 24/3 works this week.

Times are PST, first race in about one hour. Don't forget to show up 10 minutes early to check in.

The thing where it restarted at the 10-12th lap happened again.

Seemed like it got fixed pretty quick last time so I hope it is already figured out :)
