Unless Attacker had a EULA agreement(or something similar to what Apple or Blizzard has with WOW) the moment that the transaction was completed the bike is rightfully theirs to use as a team bike. He can't change his mind at a later point and take away rights purchased lawfully without a clause acknowledged and agreed upon before purchase of the product.

Nope not upset at all. Personally I have no favorites or sides in this matter. Facts are the moment Attacker decided to sell the KTM as a product he gave rights to the consumer that purchased the item, I'm only hear to express that point to assure the people that have already bought the item that they do NOT have to remove the bike from their harddrives and if they wish than CAN and rightfully should(if they wish) use the bike for their team.

I just think its funny that it's been well known that I am one of the cleanest top riders in the community. The last round, one night, I finally decide to dish out what i've been getting all season, and now I'm the dirtiest rider. Its quite hilarious.
