you dont need the psd in the personal folder. Anyway is the gear saf directly in your personal folder, not any subfolder? Also if you start the game do you get any error saying something about missing jm files?

The saf file is not in a sub folder. No error shows up saying can not load jm files.

psd file is not for the game, its just for you to make skins from it. whats important is to have the png you saved in your personal folder. try to write the name of the png again, it may be some problem with an empty space somewhere or something, not really sure, it should work with the name you wrote

I dont now p2sta...I just cant figure it out Ive tried so many different ways and just cant get it... I guess I will just have to stick to know numbers and name. Thank you so much for the response and taking the time. The only way I can get this resolved is if I emailed you my file and maybe you can see what I have done wrong...I dont know its very frustrating.

maybe just take a screenshot of your personal folder with the files in it, so we can see what exactly it looks like, maybe there is just some small problem thats hard to notice

You don't save the psd in your personal folder. You open the psd, put your name and number on in photoshop, then save it as a png image. P2sta, I think he's trying to put the psd in his personal folder and use it ingame without opening it or saving any numbers.

well I have the saf file in the personal folder, I have the saved file as rider_2013 Thor Flux my "last name" Circuit.png also in my personal folder... Could it be cause my psd is just a free trial?

there is a PrintScreen button on your keyboard. just hit it, then open photoshop, start a new project and ctrl+v will paste the screen in it.
No trial version of PS has nothing to do with it.
the name has to be exactly right, otherwise it will not work.
should be for example: rider_body-2013 Thor Flux-MX36.png
and just to make sure...you have to save it as png from your photoshop, not as psd and then add png in the name, that doesn't work

As you save it in the save options is there any other options besides Layer that have to be checked off?

if you are saving the file you need to save it as png. PNG doesn't support layers
when the save dialogue shows up, you can fill the name and under that is "Save as type" there you select PNG...then his save

LMFAO!!! That was the problem p2sta!!!! I was saving the file name as png but the "Save as type" it was PSD not png, changed that and wella!!! You rock dude! So this goes for the same as saving a skin too?? it has to be png Save as type!

yes, PNG is type of file, its not just part of the name. So anything you are saving for mxs has to be set as type PNG

its a special rider model, its edited p2sta3 version...different neck, different hands, edited polyflow just for this gear etc.
