How do you take off neckbrace?

Alright im currently using the 2012 one industries defcon gear and I put my name on the back of the jersey but you cant see it because of the neckbrace. Is there anyway I can somehow take the neckbrace off?

If you have the .psd or .png just erase the neckbrace. (make sure the bg is transparent)

Yeah dont do it that way, the neck brace model is still there so norms will mess it up unless you make them transparent.
Just use a model without a brace... Theres one on here some were im pretty sure just search.
I know the one defcon gear uses a model without a neckbrace.... I think lol
