Sick! Bike would pop a little more with orange hubs/black wheels.Aeck Racing 26 wrote:

Maybe make the "X" a little more fluorescent/neon. Kinda like this...
Good work though. Looks sweet! You should see the stuff Topher is running for 2012! Soo clean.

Re: Upcoming Skins and Shader Maps #2
This skin I made is a replica of my worcs bike that I own in real life, I could find most of the stickers online and sketch them out onto the skin... And im going to update the skin with a red background instead of a blue because i am not a pro in real life lol... I will release them if anybody wants a worcs bike, please give me some tips to make this bike better P.S. My Real bike does not have graphics on it but it does have stickers like in this replica I made, and I will release more pics as the bike comes along ..

Copy over your layer with the orange X on to the spec map and it should shine similarly to that. You might need to make it more of a yellow color on the spec, though, since it sort of shines yellow but is orange in reality.TGphoto wrote:Maybe make the "X" a little more fluorescent/neon.Aeck Racing 26 wrote:[img]http://i1143.photobucket.com/albums/n64 ... 01.png[img]

Thanks ktm. I don't have a whole lot of experience with spec maps but I'll give it a shot.

that helmet looks awesome!!
Re: Upcoming Skins and Shader Maps #2
Looks really good! Only thing is that the edges are a bit too hard in my opinion, maybe if you did Gaussian blur on about .5 it would look better. I've always had a problem with not including hard enough edges, though, so it might just be that goony side of me. You also seem to have very little variance in your tones, i.e. all the white is the same opacity. You should try to include some dark tones or maybe tone down the whites along the edge to fix this.magnusson wrote:my first try at shading. some criticism would be nice this is nothing i will release, just me trying and wanting some criticism.
