Your gear looks nice but here are some tips.
1. Your gear seems a little to dark.
2. Some if the logos are very small like on the pants
3. Your norm is to much. It pops out a lot.
Work on those things and it will be good.

Actually this is a project that I'm not really stoked about, just want to get done with it as soon as possible. Thank you for your related topics, I'll consider some things.
1 - It just seems to be dark due to the model reflection, I didn't get into the spec map yet.
2 - I tried to make all the logos to match the real life design and it took me quite a while to fix it into the uv map due to unwrap distortions. I'll make it a little bigger tho.
2 - Yeah, I'm not satisfied with the normal either. I'm working with some normals I had from DJ, but I don't think it is the best option to go.
