Yeah, it will be pretty sick with 450's. Like now, you still have to have a bit of throttle control with the 250F's, or you will slide out. Cant imagine what it would be like on a 450. Keyboarders will have trouble, lol.

I'm so excited for the 450's. Should suite my in-game style. Smooth will be the key on the 450, will be nice to not have to ride pinned all the time (which makes it hard for me to be smooth and consistent).

Keyboard riders are gonna love the 450's. They're gonna tap the shit out of the throttle button :D

Ahaha if your on keyboard iceman i think i might take the 450 role on our team. No need for you to get premature arthritis

Also random question but how many polys could a set of tyres be?

I'll answer that question when you answer me this: What are you making tyres for?

because I am learning to use 3D max and thought of a cool way to make what i think would be good tyres. And our team in "sponsored/on our bike" by Kenda and i want to try and make kenda tyres. (And i have a set at home i can look at)

If they dont work they dont work out its all learning . Learn from your mistakes and 1 that i dont want to learn from is to make them way to high poly.

so... DJ you were going to say something i hope :P

Ah, you may want to start on a project that is a little simpler. Like track objects.

Nonetheless, Wakes front wheel is 2063 faces, and the rear wheel is 1554 faces

Pfft, look at Barcia! Im going to have so much fun :D
Im already cluthing the 250 to get it moving as i want it to, so a 450 would just give me less clutching to worry about

Ok now i am quite ashamed to even put a picture in this topic...

But here is my FIRST ever model ever!

Image

Ok i know its SHIT! but i was wondering if anyone could help me.

1. how to compress it inwards. Someone said FFD box but i could not for the life of me work that out.
2. Why has the other side gone invisible

It is not to scale i just whipped it up in an hour having to search for atleast 20 mins how to connect edges together. Stupid bridge tool.

Again I am quite ashamed to put anything like this up but everyone had to start from somewhere.
