I think the 250's are still the same for 2012.

I don't know if normal maps will really be able to create the shape of the front number plate. You may need to model some of it in, but the other spots where I'm assuming you are going to use normals (airbox and shroud) seem like they should turn out pretty well.

I'm willing to help with the cutout as well once you have it. Just one request... when you release the model, make sure some of the skins have hand guards! Most of the skins out there, with models with hand guards, don't have them. Personally, I would love to have some hand guards on my skin.

The wireframe is kind of wrong it seems, on the rear fender the center points don't match, and the seat just doesn't seem right.

I cant get the seat to fit, so that was how it ended, i know it looks a little bit wrong

Updated wireframe and cut-out.

I fixed the things judge pointed out, the seat still don't fit 100%, but it helped alot, thanks for help.
